面向知识经济时代的高新技术产业发展对策

对我国高新技术产业的发展过程中出现的一些问题进行深入研究，并提出了主要的发展对策，认为面临主知识经济的挑战，必须将高新技术产业的发展与创新体系中的科学系统有机结合并以高科技产业的发展带动传统产业的技术改造和升级，在以企业为创新主体的同时充分发挥政府的引导、扶持和管理职能，从而推动我国调新技术立业快速发展并带动国民经济持续增长和社会的全面进步。

Measures taken for developing high-tech industry in knowledge-based economy

Studies on some problems and proposals of some measures taken for developing high-tech industry in our country are carried out.Challenged by the knowledge-based economy,the development of high-tech industry must be combined with the science organizations of the innovation system,and should drive the technology reconstruction and upgrade the traditional industries.The government should play an important role in the introduction,support and administration of the development while enterprises are the principal parts of innovation.Rapid development of the high-tech industry will promote the sustainable growth of our economy and social progress of our country.
