防火助剂和填料细度对防火涂料性能的影响

摘    要:在固定防火涂料配方的基础上,研究了防火助剂和填料的细度对防火涂料防火性能的影响规律。通过控制涂料的研磨辊间距制备了单一细度变化的涂料,考察了防火涂料的防火性能。研究表明:研磨辊间距为3级时,防火助剂和填料的粒径为0.873μm,涂料的防火性能最好,此时钢板的平衡背温为294℃,60 min背温为295℃,炭化层膨胀倍率达12.94倍,且结构致密,强度高,泡孔均匀。

Abstract:Based on a fixed formula,influences of fineness of fireproof additives and fillers on the fire resistance othe coatings were investigated.A series of fire retardant coatings with different fineness were prepared by adjusting theroller distance of triple-roller mill.The fire resistance of these coatings were discussed.The research results showed that the fire resistance of coatings reached the best when the roller distance was level 3.In this case,the particle diameter of fireproof additives and fillers was 0.873 μm.The equilibrium temperature of backside of steel board was 294℃;the back temperature at 60 min was 295℃;the intumescence rate of charred layer reached 12.94 times.Moreover the state ocharred layers reached the best.
