摘    要:在某喷雾结冰系统中,为模拟自然结冰气象条件,保证良好的雾化效果,要求喷雾供水、供气压力及流量可调并同时符合试验要求且稳定输出。由于管道流体压力、流量与调节阀开度存在复杂的非线性关系,流量与压力受环境与设备性能影响较大,为使实际运行中减小超调及震荡,该文论述了一种基于模型降阶的积分分离PID调节策略,实现系统压力及流量可调且稳定输出的方法。

Abstract:In a spray icing system , in order to simulate natural icing conditions to ensure good atomi-zation , spray water and gas supply required pressure and flow is adjustable and also comply with the test requirements and stable output .Because the pipeline fluid pressure , flow and valve opening there is a complex nonlinear relationship , flow and pressure by the greater impact on the environment and equip-ment performance , for the actual operation reduce overshoot and shocks , this paper discusses a model -based reduction of integral separation PID regulation strategies to achieve the system pressure and flow ad -justable and stable output methods .
