| 摘 要： | 六七十年代，渭河流域修建了许多大、中型水库，这些水库经过三四十年运行，不同程度地存在这样或那样的问题，严重影响了水库效益的发挥，一旦遇特大洪水，将面临溃坝危险，会给下游人民生命财产造成巨大的危害，因此必须加快水库除险加固步伐，确保水库万元一失，最大限度地发挥水库效益。

| Abstract: | Many medium -sized and large reservoirs were built in the Weihe River in 1960-70s. After 30 - 40 years operation, these reservoirs have various problems in different extent, which have severely affected the benefits of the reservoirs. Once extra - ordinary floods occur, the possibly failing dams will endanger the lives and properties in the downstream areas. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the steps to strengthen the defective dams to ensure their safety and to bring about maximum benefits. |
