The development of a measurement for vacuum circuit breaker

This paper introduces a portable internet testing equipment based on linux OS for locomotive. Based on industrial computer, the equipment uses reduced Linux which is open source code , C language ,MYSQL database and MINIGUI. It can acquire the mechanical characteristic of vacuum circuit breaker, and it can also send the date to network. With network , it is an accurate, intelligent measurement worth employing.
