摘    要:以双曲柄机构的尺寸参数为设计变量,提出了一种工作和非工作行程分别按不同的许用传动角设计双曲柄机构的新解析法,给出了机构设计的可行域,并将这种方法推广到按照最小传动角设计最佳传动双曲柄机构,还给出了设计实例。

Abstract:The size parameter of double crank mechanism is directly treated as design variable. A new analytical method, in which different allow able transmission angles of working and non working stroke from each other are used to design double crank mechanism, is presented in this paper. The feasible range of mechanism design is given. This method is extended to design an optimum transmission mechanism of double crank according to the minimum transmission angle. The illustrating examples are given in this paper too.
