N-甲基-2-哌啶酮的合成研究

摘    要:以2-哌啶酮为原料,硫酸二甲酯为甲基化试剂,在室温下于丙酮溶剂中进行甲基化反应,得到N-甲基-2-哌啶酮。产品纯度﹥99%(GC),收率87.6%,产品结构经1HNMR确认。考察了反应条件对产品收率的影响,并对其反应机理进行探讨。

Abstract:Methylation of 2-piperidone with dimethyl sulfate (DMS) in acetone at room temperature afforded N- methyl-2-piperidone in 87.6% yield with purity of 99% (GC). The structure of the product was characterized with 1H NMR. The reaction mechanism and the reaction conditions were discussed.
