| Abstract: | The problem that how to do project management well is elaborated. Meanwhile, the selection of project manager, establishing the department of construction manager and the strategy of project management are simply introduced. The control and management of production factor in project management are mainly analyzed. Author point out that intensifying project management in construction is key step to realize maximum benefit of project. |
