| 摘 要： | 乡镇广电站是广播电视最基层的单位，目前乡镇广电站面临新的挑战与机遇，根据当前农村建设的需要，提出乡镇广电站体制与机制转换的思路，指出做好广电站工作的措施，这些措施包括加强管理、培养队伍、构建外部和谐环境等诸多方面。
