润滑油膜厚度光纤检测系统的智能化设计

摘    要:在研究应用光纤位移传感器原理检测润滑油膜厚度状态技术的基础上,组建了一套完整的智能在线检测系统并对其进行了标定和运行实验。实验结果表明:所设计的测量系统不仅切实可行且反应灵敏、检测效果良好;所研制的信号采集电路及其与上位机串行通讯运行平稳可靠、反应迅速及时且精度高;开发的数据处理程序和虚拟仪器用户界面操作简便、运行状态良好;该测试系统能够应用到润滑油膜厚度的状态监测中,且具有鲜明的智能化特性。

Abstract:Based on the study on the measuring technology of the lubricant film using a fiber-optical displacement sensor, an on-line integrated intelligent measurement system was set up, and the related experiment was done for checking the performances of the system. The result shows that the measurement system is practicable and sensitive, and its measurement effect is very good. The signal sampling board and its following communication system developed run promptly and accurately, and the data processing software and the virtual instrument system developed have some good performances, which are stable and convenience. According to these advantages described above, the measuring system can be successfully applied in the state measurement of the lubrication film thickness, and it has intelligent feature obviously.
