NiAl-LDH修饰TiO2纳米管电极对葡萄糖的检测

摘    要:采用水热法在钛纳米管表面原位生长NiAl-LDH,制得NiAl-LDH修饰的TiO2纳米管电极,采用SEM对水滑石薄膜在TiO2纳米管表面的形貌进行表征,利用循环伏安曲线、线性扫描伏安曲线对修饰电极的催化性能进行表征,并测定电极对葡萄糖溶液浓度的标准曲线.结果表明:NiAl-LDH负载在TiO2纳米管的表面及周围,经NiAl-LDH修饰后的纳米管结合了TiO2纳米管的光催化及NiAl-LDH的电催化性能,对光的敏感度更高,对葡萄糖的氧化能力更强,葡萄糖浓度在1~5 mmol/L范围内电流与浓度有良好的线性规律,相关系数为0.997 6,检出限为0.05 mmol/L.

Abstract:A new type of NiA1 layered double hydroxides (LDH) modified electrode was prepared by hydrothermal method. The distribution of NiA1-LDH on the surface of TiO2 nanotube was characterized by SEM. The photoelectrocatalytic oxidation performance of the modified electrode was characterized by cy- clic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and the standard curve of the glucose con- centration was detected. It was showed that NiA1-LDH coated on/around the surface of TiO2 nanotube. The modified electrode presented greater sensitivity to UV light and higher oxidation to the glucose. In the range of l - 5 mmol/L, the linear relationship between the current and glucose concentration was ob- tained, with the related coefficient of 0.997 6 and the detection limit of 0.05 mmol/L.
