青钢钰尊线材厂加热炉漏火原因分析与改造

摘    要:通过分析加热炉蓄热箱周围漏火现象,青钢钰尊线材厂采取改造蓄热箱结构、改变蓄热箱安装方式、改进蓄热箱制造工艺、改变燃烧控制段换向方式等措施对加热炉进行改造,加热炉再无漏火现象发生,加热能力显著提高,分段分侧集中换向阀运行稳定,额定煤气消耗降到了57416 m3/h以下,改善了操作环境。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the fire leakage phenomenon around the regenerative boxes of heating furnace, Yuzun Wire Rod Plant of Qingdao Steel adopted some measures such as transforming the structure,changing the way to install, Improving the manufacturing process of the regenerative boxes and changing the switching mode of combustion control section and to reform the heating furnace. Fire leakage phenomenon is not appearance again, the heating capacity is significantly increased, section and side reversing valves operate stably, rated gas consumption is lowered to 57 416 m3/h, and the operating environment is improved.
