摘    要:探讨SBR/UR再生胶共混,对不同比例再生胶在胶料中的应用进行实验研究,并采用RPA8000橡胶加工分析仪,对共混胶进行不同频率、应变、温度的扫描对比.实验结果显示:掺入20份以下IIR再生胶的共混胶料,其物理性能均可达到国家生产内胎B类标准.胶料成本降低,具有可观经济效益与环保效益.在温度、频率、应变3种因素扫描对比中,所试胶样随着扫描因素的变化,其动态性能的变化趋势基本相同.即随着温度的上升,G’表现出下降趋势,tanσ表现出上升趋势;随着频率的加快,G’呈上升趋势,tanσ呈先上升后下降的趋势;随应变振幅的加大,G’下降,而tanσ呈上升趋势.配方1、2、3胶样均具有较高的G’和较低的tanσ,显示出较好的动态性能.其中配方2显示出最好的动态性能,可作为一种轮胎内胎胶种.

Abstract:Blends of SBR and reclaimed IIR rubber were discussed. Then the application of different proportion of reclaimed IIR rubber in the rubber blends was researched. Last the RPA8000 was used to process the rubber blend at the different temperature, frequency and strain. The results showed that when the proportion of IIR reclaimed rubber was lower than 20 %, its physical properties could achieve the Na- tional Standard B of inner tube. Because the plastic material cost was cheaper, it could bring economic and environmental benefits. The cross-linked rubber had the same change trend. With the temperature in- creasing,G' decreased,and Tan(r increased; with the frequency speeding up, G' increased, and Tan(r in- creased at first then decreased; as the strain amplitude increased, G' decreased, while Tan(r increased. In general,formula 1,2,3 ,had high G' and low Tan(r, showing good dynamic performance. The formula 2 showed the best performance, and could be used as a tire inner tube rubber.
