摘    要:利用聚合季铵盐(HSDA-HTC)对棉织物进行抗菌整理,探讨了浸渍法和浸轧烘两种整理工艺的影响因素,并比较其整理效果。实验结果表明浸轧烘工艺优于浸渍法;较优的浸轧烘抗菌整理工艺为HSDA-HTC浓度2g/L,浸轧液温度80℃,轧余率100%,烘干温度110℃,烘干时间5min;经该工艺整理得到的棉织物具有优异的抗菌性能。

Study on the Finishing Process of Cotton Fabrics Finished by HSDA-HTC
Abstract:A quaternary ammonium compound (HSDA-HTC) was applied to cotton fabrics to enhance their antimicrobial property.Two kinds of finishing methods were discussed and compared,which were dipping method and dip-roll-dry method.The influence factors which affect the quantity of quaternary ammonium group and antimicrobial quality of fabrics were studied and discussed.The result of experiments showed that dip-roll-dry method is better than dipping method.The optimum finishing condition is to dip cotton fabric in 2 g...
