| 摘 要： | 纺织业在我国仍属劳动密集型产业,高能耗、高污染、高排放的现状没有根本改变,整个产业亟待通过技术创新实现转型升级。本文从企业技术创新的角度出发,构建了纺织业技术升级测评体系,以浙江省为研究对象,对纺织业技术升级的情况进行了测评,并对浙江、江苏、山东纺织业技术升级的情况进行横向比较,为浙江纺织业寻找下步技术升级路径奠定了一定基础。
