摘    要:介绍了IGBT逆变埋弧焊机控制系统的总体设计。采用模块化方法设计了电源外特性控制、送丝、小车行走速度调节、引弧与收弧控制软件;分析了PI控制算法、电源外特性控制算法、送丝速度控制算法,以及控制程序的优化设计。说明了系统软件各部分的功能和原理、程序的设计要点和实现方法.

Abstract:This paper introduces the integrated design of the control system of IGBT inverter submerged are wehting machine,which adopts the modularization to design control software of power source external characteristic,wire feeding,the speed adjustment of the trolly and the control of are ignition and are blowout.The paper analyzes the control algorithm of PL,external characteristic of power sot,roe and the feeding speed.At the same time,it analyzes and optimizes control program.h accounts for both the function and principle of all parts of system software,as well as the main point and realization melhod of program.
