摘    要:文中采用数值模拟和试验相结合的方法来研究煤种对循环流化床燃烧(CFB)燃烧SO2和NOx排放的影响。在1.5MWth CFB试验台上分别做了5种煤燃烧的SO2和NOx排放试验,根据所建CFB锅炉脱硫脱氮数学模型和已建与煤种相关的CFB锅炉总体数学模型,对该试验台炉膛内5种煤SO2和NOx的生成和脱除进行数值模拟,其结果和试验结果吻合良好。结果表明,煤种决定CFB锅炉脱硫效率及SO2和NOx的排放。

INFLUENCE OF COAL ON SO2 AND NOx EMISSIONS OF CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED COMBUSTION
Abstract:Numerical simulation and experiment were combined to study the influence of coal types on the SO2 and NOx emission in Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustor. Experiments of SO2 and NOx emission for combustion of five coal types were carried out on a 1.5MWth circulating fluidized bed (CFB) pilot plant. A mathematical model of SO2 and NOx emission was built in the paper. Based on a set of built integrated model of combustion system in CFB boilers, the SO2 and NOx emissions for combustion of five coal types in a 1.5MWth CFB pilot plant were simulated and the simulated results well agree with the experimental ones. A conclusion is made that the efficiency of SO2 retention, final emission of SO2 and NOx in a CFB boiler depend on coal properties.
