| 摘 要： | 以重庆市的水资源及其利用状况研究为基础,合理分析重庆水资源利用潜力,为水资源合理配置提供必要的前提条件;客观地评价重庆现状水资源配置,确保水资源的开发利用在资源和环境承载能力允许范畴内;依据可持续发展思想,从宏观的角度,对有限的水资源进行科学规划、优化配置、高效利用和节约保护,确保区域协调可持续发展.
