| 摘 要： | 介绍了微细电火花机床的实时数字控制系统，系统采用开放式PC平台结构，硬件采用自行开发的ISA控制卡。通过硬件定时和虚拟驱动程序相结合的方式可实现在Win95下的实时控制。经长时间运行，证明系统稳定可靠。

| Abstract: | s:This paper introduces the realtime numerical control system for micro EDM machine. The system uses an open structure of PC platform, and a self developed ISA control card is used for whole system control. By combining auxiliary timing circuit with the VxD (Virtual x Device), the realtime control can be realized on platform of Windows95. The long time running proves that the system is stable and reliable. |
