本文分析了我国石油安全面临的石油消费增长快、油价、油源、通道、政治五大风险及石油对外依存度,针对我国油气输送通道的安全隐患,介绍了近几年我国缓释通道安全的石油管道和运油通道的建设情况,介绍了近两年我国能源外交的成果和石油战略储备情况及存在问题。最后阐述了我国油气发展的总体战略及实现的途径,以及应采取的应对策略。
