开发利用专利文献

本文阐述了专利文献的含义、专利文献的特点和作用,以及如何开发利用专利文献。专利文献以寓技术、法律、经济情报于一体,具有反映新技术快,包含技术内容广泛而新颖、系统、详尽、实用可靠等特点,是极为重要的情报源。可为高等学校、科研单位、企业指导科研、引进、外贸和技术交流提供经济、技术情报。如何进一步开发利用专利文献,各情报、图书、专利服务部门和高校,科研及企业单位,首先需配合协调,进一步提高对专利文献的认识,进而宣传普及专利文献知识,加强专利文献检索知识教育,并积极搜集、充分利用专利文献,使专利文献更好地为“四化”建设服务。

EXPLOITATION AND APPLICATION OF PATENT LITERATURE

This paper expounds the meaning,the characteristics and the function of the patent literature,as well as how to exploit and use it. Patent literature is an integrated part of technology,law and economical information with the quick reflection of new technology,including the wide range of technology which is novel,systematic,thourough and pratical. It is the very important source of information,which can provide the econo- mical and technological information for the higher education institutions, scientific research organizations and businesses to guide the scientific research, the introduction from abroad, the foreign trade and the exchange of technology. In order to use the patent literature better,different sections of information and library patent service,and other units mentioned above,should cooperate their actions to raise the recognition of it for better use in our construction of four modernizations.
