| 摘 要： | 近些年来，随着科学技术的发展，微细粉碎分级技术的应用范围日趋扩大，已成为许多高新技术部门（如精细化工、结构和功能材料、电子和生物工程、矿业等）非常重要的关键技术。目前，机械冲击式粉碎机用于微细粉碎分级技术已比较成熟，相应的设备也有若干种，例如，立式机械冲击式粉碎机典型的产品主要有清华大学CZM型，武汉工业大学MLC型，日本的ACM型，德国的ZPS型，CSM型；卧式机械冲击式粉碎机典型的产品主要有Super Micro mill型，CW型和UPZ型等。

| Abstract: | MZF-6 grinding impact classifier is a kind of superfine grinding equipment. Firstly, material is grinded into granule by highly rotating disk in grinding area,and extruded by strong force so that lots of microcrack form inside granule, then granule is fully grinding in impact area,finally, fine powder is collected in classifying area to avoid over grinding, so grinding efficiency increase a lot. |
