| 摘 要： | 随着计算机信息系统特别是OA系统的广泛应用,电子文件大量产生,如何管理、采集、鉴定并移交形成的电子文件已成为文件管理部门面临的重要课题。本文对电子文件的特点、发展趋势进行了探讨,并提出了加强电子文件与档案管理的方法。

| Abstract: | Along with computer information system,especially OA system's wide application,it produces plenty of electronic files,how to manage,collect,identify,and hand over the formed electronic files becomes an important subject that the file management department facing.The paper discusses the electronic file's feature and development tendency,and puts forward method of enhancing electronic files and archives management. |
