基于虚拟仪器技术的电能质量校准装置

摘    要:研究了虚拟仪器技术在电能质量校准装置中的应用,介绍了该校准装置的功能原理、系统的硬件结构、测试软件的设计思想,以及应用LabVIEW软件的实现方法.该装置由任意波形发生器、功率放大器、数据采集系统、控制计算机及LabVIEW软件平台组成,通过软件控制产生标准的校准信号,并由数据采集系统监测输出信号的变化.该装置可用于校准和检定电能质量测试分析仪.实践证明,采用虚拟仪器技术开发的校准装置具有友好的用户界面、自动化程度高、便于操作、设备可靠、准确度高等特点.

Abstract:This paper studies the application of virtual instrument technology on power quality calibration device. Its function principle, hardware configuration and design idea of the test software developed by LabVIEW program are introduced in details. The device is composed of arbitrary wave generator, power amplifier, data acquisition system, control computer and LabVIEW software platform. The output-calibrated signal is generated by the software platform and monitored by the data acquisition system. The device can be used to calibrate and verify the power quality analyzers. In fact, the metrological device based on virtual instrument technology has many characteristics, such as user-friendly interface, advanced automation, convenient operation, high reliability and high accuracy.
