高效无毒环保型稀土稳定剂的制备及应用

摘    要:研制了高效、无毒、环保型硬脂酸镨稀土稳定剂,并对其进行了表征;将研制的稀土稳定剂用于硬质PVC泡沫塑料中,探讨了稀土稳定剂在PVC中的稳定机理。结果表明:该稀土稳定剂具有突出的热稳定性能,用其制得的硬质PVC泡沫塑料力学性能高、耐热性好。

Abstract:An effective non-poisonous and green environmental rare earth stabilizer of praseodymium stearate was made and characterized by means of FTIR,DSC,SEM and so on.The prepared stabilizer was applied to rigid PVC foams,and the mechanism of the stabilization was studied.The result showed that the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the HPVC foams were improved with the addition of the rare earth stabilizer,which showed the stabilizer had good thermal stabilization effect on the foams.
