激光衍射测微小位移及表面缺陷

摘    要:现代光学认为理想的夫郎和弗衍射是一种付里叶频谱分析器.本文利用上述理论推导夫郎和弗单缝衍射公式,并精确地测出钢的线胀系数.它与理论值十分吻合.并利用付里叶变换4F系统检测出物体表面微小缺陷和污点.以上研究在计量技术上有广泛的应用价值.

Abstract:Fraunhofcr's diffraction is a Fouricr spectrum analyser in modcrn optics. Based on thistheory, Fraunhofoer' s diffraction formula is derived in this paper.Linear dilatation coefficient ofcopper is accurately obtained from experimental measurement and its result is basically consistcnt withthe theorical calculation one.The surface defect of body is determined by the 4F-system. This methodcan be widly used in metrical techniques.
