| 摘 要： | 围绕建筑物性能化设计技术开展的相关研究工作很多，其中一项重要而且基础性的研究就是对建筑物火灾风险进行量化。介绍了在性能化防火设计过程中风险分级的必要性和目前国外火灾风险分级的研究现状，提出了我国进行建筑物火灾风险分级研究的必要性和建议。

| Abstract: | Performance-based design is a rather new design method at home and abroad. There are quite many researches relating to the performance-based design, among which the quantification of the building fire risk is important and fundamental. The article introduces the necessity of fire risk grading in the performance-based design as well as the current status of risk study in some other countries. The necessity of the risk ranking research in our country has been discussed. |
