| 摘 要： | 钢帘线矫正机主要由放线工作转盘、牵引轮、矫直器、收线机组成,放线转盘上的工字轮在放线的同时可根据钢帘线的残余扭转应力随转盘转动。介绍消除残余扭转应力的原理,推导出放线转盘电机和牵引机的转速关系,给出电气控制系统的控制方法及软件结构。

| Abstract: | Rectifying machine for steel cord is composed of pay-off work turntable,traction wheel,straightener and take-up machine.Spool in pay-off turntable can turn with turntable on the basis of residual torsion stress as paying-off.Principles getting rid of residual torsion stress are introduced and rotate speed relation between electromotor and traction machine of pay-off turntable is deduced.Control method and software structure of electric control system are given out. |
