摘    要:结合油缸二工位冷挤压(光)工艺及模具设计实践 ,论述了冷挤压 ,特别是二工位冷挤压的优越性及工艺特点 ,并对该工艺及模具设计作了较详细的介绍 ,可供千斤顶行业及其它内孔要求较高的长筒形零件加工参考。

Abstract:Relating with the experience and practices in the two_position cold extrusion technology for the oil cylinder and in the design of the die, cold extrusion, especially the superiority and the technological characteristics of two_position cold extrusion, was expounded. The technological process and the design of the die were stated in detail, which can serve as a reference for the hydraulic jack industry and for processing long canister_shaped parts with high requirement in their inner holes.
