高水分褐煤燃烧发电的集成干燥技术

摘    要:高水分褐煤直接燃烧发电效率低,褐煤的集成干燥发电技术是提高其竞争力的有力手段.介绍了国外几种先进的集成干燥技术,如:管式干燥技术,流化床蒸汽干燥、蒸汽空气联合干燥,床混式干燥(BMD)、热机械脱水(MTE)等,并分析了各自的特点.最后,探讨了我国可以借鉴的褐煤燃烧发电预干燥技术.

Abstract:The power plant efficiency is low for lignite-fired unit for its high moisture, the integration of predrying technology is a important solution to increase the market completeness.In this paper,several advanced predrying technologies such as tubing drying,steam fluidized bed drying,combination of steam and air drying,Bed Mixing Bed(BMD) drying technology and mechanical thermal extract technology are introduced,as well as the specifications respectively.New predrying technologies for lignite that is suitable for China is also discussed in this paper.
