超声波辅助法测定煤及其衍生物中酸性含氧官能团的研究

摘    要:为提高煤中酸性含氧官能团测定结果的准确度,对传统的离子交换法进行了改进,利用超声波恒温水浴代替直接加热回流。超声波测定法提高了煤样在试剂中的分散程度以及与试剂的浸润性能,促进了水浴反应,使得测定结果优于传统的离子交换法。此法不仅可以用于煤中酸性官能团含量的测定,而且也可用于煤衍生物中酸性官能团的测定。从实验中得出的煤中酸性含氧官能团与试剂充分进行离子交换的较优条件是:超声波作用温度50℃和作用时间40 min,恒温水浴95℃下加热反应4 h。

Abstract:In order to improve the test accuracy of acidic oxygen-containing functional groups in the coal, the tradi- tional ion-exchange method was updated by replacing direct heating reflux with the constant temperature ultrasonic water- bath. The ultrasonic measurement could improve the degree of dispersal of the coal sample in the reagent and also its maceration with the reagent, thus, promoting the water-bath reaction, furthermore, the test result was better than that of the traditional method of ion exchange. This method could not only determine the acidic oxygen-containing functional groups in the coal, but also in the coal derivates. The optimal reaction conditions about acidic oxygen-containing function- al groups in the coal and reagents were: 50 ℃ reaction temperature and 40 min long for the ultrasonic treatment, while 95 ℃ reaction temperature and 4 h long for the constant temperature water bath.
