汽车防撞梁焊接夹具的结构设计

摘    要:以汽车防撞梁焊接总成为例进行焊接夹具的结构设计,提出具有自锁功能的四杆传动机构,有效地解决了焊接过程中连杆振动问题:提出了一种过定位变角度四杆夹持机构,该结构能够保证防撞梁总成焊接过程中定位准确,同时,明显提高焊接零部件自身焊接刚度,改善了防撞梁总成焊接形变问题.最后,针对所设计的焊接夹具结构采用运动仿真和有限元分析对其关键零部件及执行机构进行验证分析,以确保夹具结构的可靠性和稳定性,同时达到进一步优化焊接夹具结构的目的.

Abstract:The automotive anti-collision beam welding assembly of welding fixture is designed. Four bar mechanism with self-locking function transmission mechanism is put forward for effectively solve the welding r,d vibration problem. A four-bar clamping mechanism with changeable angle and redundantly restrained positioning mechanism can ensure anti-collision beam assembly welding positioning accuracy and the welding stiffness, and can avoid deformation. Finally, aiming at the design of using motion simulation and finite element analysis of key parts and actuator is carried out for ensuring the reliability and stability of the welding fixture structure. Meanwhile the welding fixture structure is further optimized.
