摘    要:以发电规模为135 MW的煤矸石发电厂生产装置为基础,采用模拟软件Aspen Plus,对煤矸石发电系统进行了模拟优化。在进煤量为87 t/h时,煤矸石与原煤的实际配比为0.40∶0.60;当进煤量不变,经模拟优化后,过量空气系数为1.20,空气预热温度为260℃,煤矸石与原煤最大配比可达到0.46∶0.54,煤矸石的用量提高了15%,每年可多消耗煤矸石4.18万t。

Abstract:The burning of coal gangue is the cause of one of the largest emissions of industrial solid waste, and the efficient use of coal gangue and the reduction of environment pollution can be obtained by power generation. In this paper, the coal gangue power generation system was simulated and optimized by Aspen Plus, at the power generation capacity of 135MW. When the coal feed was at the speed of 87 t/h, the actual blend ratio between coal gangue to raw coal was 0.40 : 0.60. If the coal feeding speed of 87 t/h was kept unchanged, the excess air coefficient was 1.20 and the air preheating temperature was 260 ℃, the simulation and optimization showed that the best blend ratio between the coal gangue to raw coal was 0.46 : 0.54, thus, the annual consumption of coal gangue was increased by 15%, which was 4.18 million tons.
