摘    要:研究了矿渣、粉煤灰和偏高岭土时碱激发碳酸盐胶凝材料的强度、抗渗性能以及凝胶时间的影响,探讨了该材料浆体的流变特性。研究表明:1)矿渣可大幅度提高该材料的强度和抗渗性能,但会显著缩短凝胶时间;偏高岭土有利于强度的提高,但时抗渗性能和凝胶时间的影响不显著;粉煤灰时这些性能的影响均不显著;2)无机矿粉复合后,可使材料28d的抗压强度达43MPa以上,抗渗压力达1.5MPa以上;3)该胶凝材料的浆体为宾汉型流体;4)该胶凝材料中掺加粉煤灰,其浆体的流动性优于掺加矿渣和偏高岭土的浆体流动性。

Abstract:The influence of ground granulated blast-furnace slag, strength of fly ash and metakaolin replacement, water impermeability and gel time of alkali-activated carbonatites cementitious material (AACCM for short) was studied using the orthogonal experiment. In addition, the rheological properties of the pastes were preliminarily investigated. The results are as follows:1) ground slag may greatly improve the strength and impermeability of AACCM and make the gel time of AACCM pastes shortened; the metakaolin replacement will be beneficial to the strength of AACCM, but there is no significant effect on their water impermeability and gel time; the effect of fly ash replacement on the three properties of AACCM mentioned above is not significant; 2) with the addition of the mixture of ground slag, metakaolin and fly ash, the compressive strength of AACCM mortar specimens and their water impermeability, denoted by hydraulic pressure, reach 43.9 MPa and 1.5 MPa beyond the age of 28 d;3) pastes comprised of water glass and ground carbonatites and other inorganic minerals belong to Binham fluid; and 4) AACCM pastes with fly ash addition has better fluidity than those added with slag and metakaolin.
