《项目管理》课程演练式教学的探索与实践

摘    要:《项目管理》是一门实践性很强的管理类课程,传统的理论教学法制约了教学效果。以行动学习法理论为基础总结出的演练式教学法,讲究教与学的互动,将理论教学和实践教学相结合,是针对操作性较强的课程教学的行之有效的教学法。实践表明,转变教学观念,创新教学方法,改变考核方式,将演练式教学法运用到《项目管理》课程教学中,教学效果显著提高。
