微生物资源化利用油脂废水的研究

摘    要:利用筛选出的细菌、酵母菌和霉菌分别进行了产单细胞蛋白和产微生物油脂的研究。得到的菌体中单细胞蛋白含量在41.1%-45.9%,油脂含量高达39.6%。对所得蛋白质的氨基酸组成进行分析,结果表明蛋白质所含氨基酸比较均衡。对油脂的脂肪酸组成进行分析,共检测出7种脂肪酸,其主要脂肪酸为油酸、亚油酸。

Abstract:Utilizing oil wastewater to produce single cell protein(SCP) and single cell oil(SCO) by the screened strains was researched.SCP content of the obtained strain was 41.1%~ 45.9%,and SCO content was high up to 39.6%.The amino acid analysis showed that the SCP contained seventeen kinds of amino acids,and the content of each amino acid was approximately equivalent.The fatty acid analysis showed that the SCO contained seven kinds of fatty acids,and the main fatty acids were oleic acid and linoleic acid.
