湿混磨工艺改善料浆发气稠化特性的机理研究

摘    要:本文采用流变学方法研究了加气混凝土湿混磨新工艺与传统工艺差异的实质、改善料浆发气稠化性能的机理及其配合比设计调整原则,提出湿混磨石灰的最佳掺量宜为1.8%有效CaO。

Abstract:Comparative studies of wet blend-milling and traditional milling techniques for making aerated concrete were caned out by means of rheological method The essential difference between the techniques and the mechanism of improving gas forming and thickening properties of the slurry have been revealed and the prin- ciple of adjusting the composition of aerated concrete was discussed. It is considered that the optimum dosage of lime in wet blend-milling is about 1.8% effect CaO.
