摘 要: | 在低压条件下进行了重整抽余油加氢脱不饱和烃制优质溶剂油的试验,改性催化剂Pt/Al2O3在反应中表现出了优良的低压加氢反应活性和反应稳定性。试验表明,液时空速对加氢反应的影响较大,宜取3.0h-1左右;加氢处理后,重整抽余油中的烯烃转化率和芳烃转化率分别达99%和95%以上,经简单蒸馏切割后,可分别得到优质的6#溶剂油和120#溶剂油

Abstract: | ydrogenation of reformed raffinate to remove unsaturated hydrocarbons and to manufacture high grade solvent oil is carried out under low hydrogen pressueThe modified catalyst Pt/Al2O3 exhibits good reaction activity and reaction stability under the selected reaction conditionsTest results show that LHSV is a more important factor affecting the reaction,and that an appropriate LHSV is about 30 h-1The conversions for the hydrogenation of alkene and aromatics in the reformed raffinate are more than 99% and 95% respectively,and high grade solvent oil 6# and 120# can be obtained by simple distillation |
