由突破性改革向规范性改革转变——国有大型建筑企业产权改革之现实途径的思考

目前,国有大型建筑企业仍然面临着产权制度改革的紧迫的外部压力和内在需求。本文在分析国有大型建筑企业产权制度改革外部压力和内在需求的基础上,结合国有大型建筑企业应当承担更大的社会责任和具备更成熟管理追求的要求,提出了从突破性改革向规范性改革转变的现实途径。

Transformation from Breakthrough Reform to Normative Reform

At the present,large national construction enterprises have been still meeting with urgent external pressure and internal demand of property system reform. On the basis of analyzing external pressure and internal demand of property system reform of large national construction enterprises, in accordance with greater social responsibility and more mature management pursuit of large national construction enterprises,this paper puts forward the realistic approach of transformation from breakthrough reform to normative reform.
