| 摘 要： | 介绍了Richcel氨纶包芯竹节纱的纺制方法,确定了纺纱工艺流程和各工序的工艺参数,并针对生产中易出现的问题提出了相应的技术措施.纺制Richcel氨纶包芯竹节纱,其中细纱设备改造的具体措施是在细纱机上加装电磁离合器和超越离合器,由CZ-V型纺竹节装置控制变速.

| Abstract: | Spinning method of Richcel polyurethane core-spun slubby yarn was introduced,spinning technology circulation and technology parameters of each process were defined,relative technique measures according to problems in production were proposed.When spinning Richcel polyurethane core-spun slubby yarn,Setting electromagnetic clutch & overdrive clutch in spinning frame and CZ-V slub set to control variable speed are the measure in innovating spinning equipment. |
