PVC塑窗型材锯铣加工数控系统的开发和研制

摘    要:依据塑窗型材锯铣加工工艺特点,在FANUC-0M系统的基础上从硬件配置到软件实现进行了深入的分析,开发和研制具有实际应用价值的专用数控加工系统.FANUC系统具有很好的可操作性,工作效率更高,位置控制精度高,对锯铣工作中心是比较适合的系统.重点是针对加工中心各项功能的完善以及设备总体性能的提高而对FANUC系统进行硬件二次开发,并通过软件编程实现塑窗型材锯铣加工的数控化.

Abstract:Abstract: According to the machining technics characteristic of Plastic Door and Window, we develop special NC machining system based on FANUC-0M system. The emphases is empoldering the FANUC system in allusion to perfect the function of the machining center and improve the capability of the equipment. And we can carry out NC machining of Plastic Door and Window by software programme.
