摘    要:原始信号的获取及预处理的精度决定着机械状态监测与诊断系统能否正常工作。在分析了振动信号固有特性的基础上,提出了一种基于最小二乘法的积分后波形基线修正算法。方法简单实用,具有很好的精度和通用性,为各种精密分析诊断软件提供了足够精度的数据。该算法已应用于汽轮发电机组在线监测与故障诊断系统(MDS-3)中,并取得了很好的效果,为判断机组运行状态、进行故障诊断提供了准确可靠的数据据和信息。

Abstract:The precision of the original signal and its pretreatment determine the effect of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of rotating machine set.Based on the analysis of the inherent characteristic of the signal,modifi-cation of waveform baseline after integrate algorithm is introduced.It is a simple and effective method,and has good precision for analysis software.This method has been used in the on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis sys-tem for the steam turbine generator,and provided accurate data and information for estimating the running condition and fault diagnosis.
