摘    要:针对目前国内磷尾矿干排干堆的几种方式所面临的诸多问题,在磷尾矿干排干堆中采用全自动立式压滤机取得成功,解决了压滤机滤布易堵塞、易破损和设备故障率高两大难题,每条滤布使用时间达到90 d,每月维修时间不超过12 h。磷尾矿干排技术取得了重大突破。

Abstract:Based on the existing problems of phosphate railings dry drainage and dry stacking at present, using completely automatic vertical filter press in phosphate succeed, the two problems including the blockage and damag tailings dry drainage e of filter press filter and dry stacking is cloth, the high fault ratio of equipment are solved, with the service life of every filter cloth of 90 days and monthly maintenance time not more than 12 h. The dry drainage technology of phosphate tailings has the significant breakthrough.
