摘    要:分析我国磷肥生产氟资源利用情况,介绍一种低成本从磷肥含氟尾气中获取氟硅酸铵的方法,以及采用该方法的中试装置在大型磷肥氟吸收装置上设置副线运行的情况。测试结果表明:氟脱除率高,生产的氟硅酸铵产品质量指标优于国标,将其深加工成系列氟盐产品,制造成本远低于现有技术路线。该方法工艺流程简洁,氟收率高,成本低,适用于现有磷肥企业的技改。

Abstract:The utilization status of fluorine resource in phosphate fertilizer production of China is analyzed, a low cost process for achieving ammonium fluosilicate from fluorinated tail gas of phosphate fertilizer production, and the operation status of pilot plant are introduced. The test results show that: the removal rate of fluorine is high, the product quality of ammonium fluosilicate is better than the national standard, the manufacturing cost of series fluorine salt products is lower than that with the existing technical route. The process with short flow, high yield of fluorine, low cost, is suitable for the technical renovation of the existing phosphate fertilizer enterprise.
