PLC控制系统抗干扰可靠性研究

摘    要:PLC控制系统的可靠性从硬件和软件方面共同衡量。前者可从电源系统、输入与输出端子的保护、接地及选择合适的接线方式等方面着手提高系统可靠性;后者则从提高输入信号的可靠性、增加锁定逻辑,提高系统对设备故障的判断能力及跟踪现场设备的动作时间,保护设备安全等方面提高软件的强健性。

Abstract:The reliability of PLC control system is judged between hardware and software. The former improves the system reliability through power source, input and output ends protection, grounding, and connection mode. The latter improves the software reliability by improving input signal reliability, improving the locked logic, improving the fault judging ability and tracking reaction time, and protecting equipment safety.
