摘    要:为建立一种快速、有效的反硝化聚磷菌菌种分离筛选方法,将吸磷试验、硝酸盐还原产气试验及异染颗粒和PHB颗粒染色辅助检验组合为一种新的筛选手段,并筛选出四株高效反硝化聚磷菌H 16,H 19,H 24和Xg.经鉴定,前三者属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),后者属于肠杆菌属(Enterobacter).

Abstract:A fast and effective bioassay method was developed to screen denitrifying polyphosphate-accumulating strains.Phosphate absorbing assay,the experiment of denitrifying nitrates to gas and inspection of metachromatic and Polyphydroxybutyrate granule combined to screen strains.Four effective DNPAOs were screened out ultimately,they are H16,H19,H24 and Xg.H16,H19 and H24 were Pseudomonas.and Xg was Enterobacter.
