摘    要:针对大亚湾核电站2×900 MW核电机组抗燃油系统滤网频繁报警,且更换滤芯数量、频率超常的问题,对抗燃油系统进行了排查分析(1) 抗燃油的油质评估;(2) 滤芯上污染物的分析;(3) 滤芯上黑色片状物的分析;(4) 抗燃油系统局部过热点的查找.在查清抗燃油系统污染物成分、来源并采取措施后,问题得以解决.

Abstract:Directing against the problems of frequently alarming from the strainer, as well as quantity and frequency of replacing the cartriges in excess normality, an analysis of inspecting the fireresistant oil system has been carried out, including: (1) evaluation of the quality for fireresistant oil; (2) analysis of pollutants on the cartriges;(3) analysis of dark schistous matters on the cartriges; (4) investigation of local overheat points in the fireresistant oil system. After finding out the composition and source of pollutants in the fireresistant system, as well as taking corresponding measures, the said problems have been finally resolved.
