| 摘 要： | 针对如何提高军用软件可靠性问题进行探讨，从项目的管理者、开发者到监督者（即军代表）对军用软件可靠性的影响因素进行分析，提出相应的解决措施，包括：承制单位加强管理、提高研制人员的素质、提高军代表监督的能力、加强软件测试。
