| 摘 要： | 本文针对涤纶丝行业的特点，提出了适合半流程生产过程ＣＩＭＳ的总体模型、三级递阶结构控制模型、系统集成功能模型和生产过程质量控制系统功能模型，实践证明，这是行之有效的，可为同类企业实施ＣＩＭＳ提供借鉴

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the polyester fiber industry, this paper proposes a systematic model which is suitable for half continuous processes. The 3-level structure control model, system integrated functional model and quality control system functional model for production procedures are also put forward. It has been proved that this scheme is very effective and can provide a reference paradigm for the same kind of enterprises to implement their CIMS. |
