| Abstract: | This article demonstrates the background, features and the basic clue of thoughts of schedule and quality risk management of Yueyang SINOPEC and Shell Coal Gasification Project EPC contracted by Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd., SINOPEC. Through identifying and evaluating the schedule and quality risks of this Project, identifies the main risk factors and puts forward the measures to handle and control these risks. |
